Sunday was a poor day for both my picks at Tramore, in the 4.00 Inclusion was 4th. The 4/1 chance was 3rd at halfway but a slight mistake 2 out ended her challenge. She had no extra before the last keeping on at one pace, upfront Influential Lady won by an easy 9 1/2 lengths. It was worse in the 4.35 where Tune The Chello came 5th. The 15/2 shot led from 3 out but she was passed soon after. She made no impression before the last allowing Pat Coyne to beat Centurion Steel by 4 lengths.
A Monday double header kicks off the week with 8 races at Dundalk and 7 at Roscommon with two highlights.
Dundalk 4.40: Irish Stallion Farms EBF 'Red God' Handicap.
12: Saraqael: Has improved on each of his three starts culminating with a win at Galway 16 days ago. He won by 2 3/4 lengths in impressive fashion and goes up in trip here to make his handicap debut, further improvement is expected and he can follow up.
Roscommon 6.30: Irish EBF Auction Series Race.
5: Panic Alarm: A promising horse who was a good third in a maiden at The Curragh when last seen 87 days ago. He goes up in trip here and has the clear edge on form so can open his account.
