Tuesday's winner at Dundalk was Gran Caballo, the 11/8 favourite was prominent early leading for a second time 3 out. He was passed soon after but stayed on well to get to the front again in the closing stages beating Impero by 1/2 a length. The other pick Tarsus was 4th with a close race going to Perfect Judgement who beat Mint Man by a neck.
After Tuesday's action Irish racing takes a break on Wednesday. If an early morning inspection is passed then there will be a meeting at Southwell along with all-weather races at Kempton and Newcastle. The next Irish card should be at Fairyhouse on Thursday as long as it passes a noon inspection on Wednesday, if it does then tips for the highlights will be tomorrow night.
