After a day off Irish racing returns on Monday with 8 contests at Galway where there are 2 highlights.
4.30: Deacy Gilligan Hurdle.
3: Fakir D’Oudairies: A smart chaser who was a respectable 10th in a Grade 3 at Leopardstown when last seen back in February. Despite being off 7 months and wearing a tongue strap for the 1st time this former Grade 2 winner should go well for a yard in good form and can make a winning return here.
6.45: Kenny Developments Handicap Chase.
6: Neveradullmoment: A decent horse who picked up a career best win on this course 36 days ago. He was 7th at halfway improving to lead in the closing stages beating Wajaaha by 1 3/4 lengths. He switches back to fences here and has to be taken seriously as he attempts to follow up.
