After two days off Irish racing returns on Thursday with 8 contests at Leopardstown where 2 take centre stage.
4.45: Irish EBF Auction Series Race.
4: Sanctijude: An interesting newcomer who comes from a decent family. She is a half-sister to a few winners including Ottoman Prince who tasted victory as a 2-y-o. She is also related to Byzantium who ran well in listed company in his career. She looks good on paper and just gets the vote here.
6.28: Boylesports Smart Racecard Rated Race.
2: Mathan: A decent horse who last won at The Curragh in March. He was a creditable 2nd at Gowran Park when last seen 64 days ago disputing the lead from a furlong out being passed in the final 150 yards. He is a big player and with his stable in good form he can pick up a 2nd career win here.
