Sunday's best at Naas came from Karbau who was 2nd. The 1/1 favourite was 4th at halfway making headway into 2nd approaching the last, he kept on but made no impression in the closing stages allowing Glen Kiln to win by a length. The other pick Flicker Of Hope failed to finish being pulled up before the last.
Monday sees 7 races at Punchestown with 2 main events.
1.40: Matchbook Betting Exchange Handicap Hurdle.
1: Bibe Mus: A promising horse who's last win came at Gowran Park in October. He rallied to lead in the final 100 yards staying on well and coming home by 1/2 a length. He was last seen finishing 2nd in a listed race at Aintree 51 days ago and he can return to winning ways here on handicap hurdle debut.
3.10: Matchbook Betting Exchange Rated Novice Hurdle.
1: I'm Slippy: A smart horse who has one win from two runs this season, that came at Cork in November where he led after the first and despite a late mistake he easily won by five lengths. He was 2nd in a Grade 3 at Fairyhouse 58 days ago and with further improvement expected he can achieve a 3rd career win here.
