28/1/24 Naas

Saturday's winner at Fairyhouse was Jade De Grugy, the 8/13 favourite was 2nd early travelling well to lead from 2 out. She was clear before the last staying on strongly and easily beating A Penny A Hundred by 6 1/2 lengths. In the other race Battle Of Ridgeway was 2nd, the 18/5 favourite was in midfield sitting 3rd three out. He moved into 2nd inside the final furlong keeping on without threatening the winner Midnight It Is who came home by 3 1/4 lengths.

We move onto Naas on Sunday where there are 7 races with 2 standing out.

2.10: Naas Racecourse Business Club Limestone Lad Hurdle (Grade 3).

2: Zarak The Brave: A good horse who's latest win came in the Galway Hurdle back in August. He led for a second time in the final 50 yards just coming home by a head. He was pulled up after the 6th in a Grade 3 at Tipperary when last seen in October but he has been given time to recover and if back to his best he will be very hard to beat here.

2.45: Finlay Ford At Naas Novice Chase (Grade 3).

4: Embassy Gardens: A decent-looking horse who impressed when winning on chase debut at Punchestown 47 days ago. He travelled well getting to the front before the last, he asserted himself keeping on and comfortably beating Let's Go Champ by 13 lengths. He definitely has more to offer and can follow up here.
