21/8/25 Killarney & Leopardstown

Wednesday's winner at Sligo was Ballykinlar. The 3/1 favourite made headway after the 5th leading before the last, he kept on well on the run-in beating Grange Walk by 2 lengths. The days other pick Tea It Is was 3rd in a race won by Tir Og who beat Wild Mandate by 2 1/2 lengths.

A Thursday double header sees 8 races at Killarney and 7 at Leopardstown with 2 highlights.

Killarney 5.07: GMIB Handicap Hurdle.

6: Come On The Lads: A decent horse who was last seen winning at Galway 19 days ago. He was badly hampered early sitting 12th entering the straight, he recovered running on well to lead in the final strides coming home by a head. Despite a weight rise he can follow up here.

Leopardstown 6.25: Tote Irish EBF Vinnie Roe Stakes.

3: Galveston: A smart horse who's last win came at Naas in May. He wasn't at his best when 7th in the Group 3 Gordon Stakes at Goodwood 3 weeks ago but he sets the standard here back in calmer waters and he can quickly return to winning ways.
