9/10/25 Thurles & Tramore

The best on a very poor Wednesday at Navan came from Tachos who was 6th in a race won by Gloriously Glam who beat Fast Tara by 1/2 a length while the other pick Ex Animo finished 7th with the contest going to Sugar Goodson who beat James J Braddock by 1/2 a length.

A Thursday double header sees 7 races at both Thurles and Tramore with 2 main events.

Thurles 2.20: Irish EBF Auction Series Maiden.

1: Duke Of Cumberland: A lightly-raced horse who was a good 2nd at Naas when last seen 3 weeks ago. He led from 1 1/2 out being passed close to home and just going down by a head. He can build on that here continuing his improvement and picking up a first career win.

Tramore 3.15: Irish Stallion Farms EBF Mares Maiden Hurdle.

8: Venusienne: A fair horse who after finishing a promising runner-up in a listed race at Auteuil on debut has disappointed in two runs for Willie Mullins including being pulled up in a Grade 1 at Fairyhouse back in April. She is dropped into maiden company here which should be in her favour and she can make a winning return.
