19/11/25 Dundalk

The best on Tuesday at Limerick came from Torps who was 2nd. The 4/7 favourite was 4th at halfway going into 3rd two out, he kept on well from the last taking 2nd close to home. Piccolo Player won by 1 1/4 lengths. In the other race Bhean Saibhre was a non-runner.

Wednesday's meeting takes place at Dundalk where on an 8 race card 2 stand out.

1.45: Irish Stallion Farms EBF Maiden.

9: What About Us: A promising horse who was an encouraging 2nd on debut over course and distance 3 weeks ago. She travelled well from 2 out soon disputing the lead, she was passed inside the final furlong keeping on at the same pace and going down by 3/4 of a length. Further progress is expected and she can pick up her first win here.

3.25: Now Racing Every Wednesday At Dundalk Maiden.

1: Ballintogher: A fair horse who disappointed when finishing fifth over course and distance on his last outing in October. He tracked the leaders early but soon made no impression. That can be overlooked and he should be judged on his 2nd place finish at Navan before that. A repeat performance will probably be enough for him to open his account here at the 6th attempt.
