Seven races at both Leopardstown and Limerick take centre stage on Boxing Day with 3 features.
Leopardstown 1.10: Changing Times Brewery Juvenile Hurdle (Grade 2.)
4: Narciso Has: A lightly-raced horse who after winning in France was 2nd on debut for Willie Mullins in a Grade 3 at Fairyhouse in November. He made headway to challenge entering the straight but a slight mistake at the last saw him make no further impression. He can build on that here and pick up a 2nd career win.
Limerick 1.33: Defender Novice Hurdle (Grade 2.)
4: The Big Clubman: A useful horse who was last seen finishing a good second at Navan five weeks ago. He sat 5th improving into 2nd approaching the last, he challenged but couldn't reach the winner. The step up in trip here will definitely suit and he can go one better.
Leopardstown 2.20: Racing Post Novice Chase (Grade 1.)
4: Romeo Coolio: A high-class horse who has made a good start to his chasing career winning at Down Royal and then following up in the Drinmore at Fairyhouse last month. He led from 2 out there easily coming home by 8 lengths. He is hard to look past here and should complete a hat-trick.
There are also 7 races at Down Royal where in the 12.15 my pick is number 3 Los Blanco.
