Wednesday's only winner came at Naas where Miss Lamai travelled well making headway from 1 1/2 furlongs out, the 10/11 favourite led in the closing stages beating Make Haste by 1 3/4 lengths. In the other races Marronstown was 6th with Sphagnum winning beating Sea Aster by 2 1/4 lengths with the 3rd pick Amazon Lady finishing 7th, Nighteyes took the contest beating Over The Blues by 3 lengths.
Seven races take place at Leopardstown and eight at Wexford on Thursday and there are 3 highlights.
Leopardstown 5.50: Jockey Club Of Turkey Silver Flash Stakes (Group 3)
2: Bedtime Story: A course and distance winner on debut who followed up in impressive fashion taking the Chesham at Royal Ascot last time, she pulled clear entering the closing stages beating Pentle Bay by an easy 9 1/2 lengths. She looks a top prospect and should make it 3 from 3 here.
Wexford 6.05: Fleadh Cheoil Wexford Handicap Hurdle.
4: Tullyveery Lad: Picked up his latest win at Downpatrick last month but couldn't follow up when a below form 7th at Tipperary 23 days ago. He switches from chasing to hurdles here and is well worth another chance to achieve his 3rd career success.
Leopardstown 6.50: Japan Racing Association Tyros Stakes (Group 3)
5: Surpass: A smart prospect who after winning on debut at Tipperary went in again at the same course 22 days ago. He led from 1 1/2 out going clear inside the final furlong comfortably coming home by 3 lengths. That is the best form on show and he should win again here.
