Our winner on Friday came at Dundalk where Prairie Girl disputed the lead early getting to the front for a second time a furlong out, the 9/4 favourite kept on well beating Woolridge by 2 1/2 lengths. Over at Naas Sortudo was 2nd. The 15/8 favourite travelled well to challenge from a furlong out but he made no impression in the final 150 yards allowing I'll Sort That to win by 2 1/2 lengths.
If a 7.30am inspection is passed then there will be 7 races at Fairyhouse on Saturday with 2 standing out.
1.40: Bet With Tote Dan & Joan Moore Memorial Handicap Chase (Grade 3.)
1: Blood Destiny: A good horse who has been a course winner. His last outing was a 3rd in the Grade 2 Champion Chase at Gowran Park back in October where he was 4th at halfway taking 3rd two out keeping on at one pace. If he is allowed to make the running here then he could be difficult to catch and he can pick up a 6th career victory.
2.49: Irish Stallion Farms EBF Rated Novice Chase.
5: Me Wee Bonnie Lass: A fair horse who was last seen finishing a creditable 7th at Cheltenham a month ago. She travelled well leading narrowly from 2 out, she was passed approaching the last fading on the run-in. This looks an easier race so she has to be taken seriously and she can return to winning ways here.
