31/1/24 Results

 Wednesday's best at Dundalk came from Mint Man who was 3rd, the 11/10 favourite made good headway to lead 3 out. He was challenged being passed 200 yards from the finish with Cross Border beating Soldiers Design by 1/2 a length. In the other contest Prisoner's Dilemma was 4th in a race won by Hodd's Girl who beat Brains by 2 lengths.

 After today's action Irish racing takes a break on Thursday, there are meetings at Ffos Las, Wincanton and Chelmsford. The next Irish card is at Dundalk on Friday tips for the highlights will be up on Thursday night.

31/1/24 Dundalk

 The best on a poor Tuesday at Limerick came from Mitiva who was 4th, the 3/1 shot was 3rd at halfway but she made no impression before 2 out keeping on at one pace while upfront Mount Frisco beat In The Trenches by 3 lengths. In the 4.20 Machismo was 5th in a race won by The Dancing Tree who beat Half A Chance by 6 1/2 lengths. 

 We end January with 8 races at Dundalk on Wednesday where there are 2 main events. 

1.30: View Restaurant At Dundalk Stadium Maiden.

3: Mint Man: A horse in useful form who was a good second on this course when last seen 2 weeks ago. He led early being challenged inside the final furlong, he was passed in the last 100 yards only going down by a neck. He sets the standard here and with more to come he can go one better and pick up his 1st career win. 

4.35: Dundalk Winter Series Leading Trainer & Jockey Championship Handicap. 

5: Prisoner's Dilemma: A 3-time course and distance winner who was a creditable 3rd here 12 days ago. He made headway from 2 out and despite being 8th entering the closing stages he kept on well inside the final 150 yards taking 3rd close to home. The return to 7f should suit just giving him the vote.

30/1/24 Limerick

 Monday's winner at Punchestown was Bioluminscence, the 4/7 favourite tracked the leader early sitting 2nd at halfway. Despite a slight mistake 2 out she improved to lead approaching the straight keeping on well on the run-in to beat Tareze by 3 1/4 lengths. The other pick Champagne Admiral finished 5th in a race won by Built By Ballymore who beat Silver King by an easy 12 lengths. 

 Limerick stages 7 races on Tuesday where there are 2 highlights. 

3.45: Limerick Novice Handicap Hurdle.

2: Mitiva: A good-looking horse who was a creditable 4th at Punchestown when last seen 16 days ago. She led at the 2nd but came under pressure and was passed before the last dropping to 3rd, she weakened in the final strides so a return to 2m will suit. She just gets the vote here and can pick up her 2nd career win. 

4.20: Irish Stallion Farms EBF Auction (Pro/Am) Flat Race. 

1: Machismo: A good point-to-point winner who looks a useful prospect. He is a half-brother to both Keeper Hill and Dargiannini who have both had decent careers hurdling and chasing. Since his win he has changed ownership and looks like the one to beat here as he attempts to open his rules account.

29/1/24 Punchestown

 An excellent Sunday at Naas saw both my picks win, in the 2.10 Zarak The Brave wasn't fluent but made headway approaching the straight. The 2/5 favourite led narrowly at the last keeping on well to beat Tellmesomthinggirl by 1 1/4 lengths. In the other Grade 3 Embassy Gardens was 2nd early travelling well to lead before the last. The 8/13 favourite asserted himself on the run-in easily beating Sandor Clegane by 10 lengths. 

 Another week begins with 7 races at Punchestown on Monday where there are 2 features. 

2.10: Download The Betvictor App Mares Maiden Hurdle. 

1: Bioluminscence: A promising horse who finished a good second on hurdles debut at Navan 71 days ago. She was always prominent improving to go 2nd before the last but despite keeping on well on the run-in she couldn’t reach the winner going down by a length. The longer trip here should suit and she looks like the one to beat.

3.10: Punchestown Members Club From 215 Rated Novice Hurdle. 

2: Champagne Admiral: A useful hurdler who has 2 wins from 4 runs this season his last was a career best at Leopardstown 31 days ago. He made all the running and despite coming under pressure on the run-in he stayed on strongly to come home by 1 1/4 lengths. He should make his presence felt here and can complete a hat-trick.

28/1/24 Naas

 Saturday's winner at Fairyhouse was Jade De Grugy, the 8/13 favourite was 2nd early travelling well to lead from 2 out. She was clear before the last staying on strongly and easily beating A Penny A Hundred by 6 1/2 lengths. In the other race Battle Of Ridgeway was 2nd, the 18/5 favourite was in midfield sitting 3rd three out. He moved into 2nd inside the final furlong keeping on without threatening the winner Midnight It Is who came home by 3 1/4 lengths. 

 We move onto Naas on Sunday where there are 7 races with 2 standing out. 

2.10: Naas Racecourse Business Club Limestone Lad Hurdle (Grade 3).

2: Zarak The Brave: A good horse who's latest win came in the Galway Hurdle back in August. He led for a second time in the final 50 yards just coming home by a head. He was pulled up after the 6th in a Grade 3 at Tipperary when last seen in October but he has been given time to recover and if back to his best he will be very hard to beat here. 

2.45: Finlay Ford At Naas Novice Chase (Grade 3).

4: Embassy Gardens: A decent-looking horse who impressed when winning on chase debut at Punchestown 47 days ago. He travelled well getting to the front before the last, he asserted himself keeping on and comfortably beating Let's Go Champ by 13 lengths. He definitely has more to offer and can follow up here.

27/1/24 Fairyhouse

 Friday's winner at Dundalk was Elegant Man, the 4/7 favourite was 3rd at halfway making headway to lead 1 1/2 furlongs out. He kept on well inside the final furlong beating Tyson Fury by 3 1/2 lengths. In the other contest Blue Soul was 6th in a race won by Bergamasco who beat Special Angel by 2 1/4 lengths. 

The weekend gets underway with 7 races at Fairyhouse on Saturday where there are 2 main events. 

1.05: SBK Handicap Chase. 

2: Battle Of Ridgeway: A horse with a decent record who was a good second on handicap chase debut when last seen at Thurles 6 weeks ago. He was in midfield improving to dispute the lead 3 out, he was passed in the final 100 yards going down by 1/2 a length. On form he has a good chance here and can go one better.

2.15: SBK Solerina Mares Novice Hurdle (Grade 3)

3: Jade De Grugy: A promising horse who looked an exciting prospect when winning on hurdles debut at Leopardstown 30 days ago. She led entering the straight going 4 lengths clear at the last, she kept on well on the run-in easily coming home by 15 lengths. She should take the step up in class in her stride and follow up here.

26/1/24 Dundalk

 The best on a poor Thursday at Gowran Park came from Thedevilscoachman who was 4th, the 5/4 favourite was 2nd at halfway and despite a slight mistake 4 out he made headway to briefly dispute the lead 2 out. He dropped to the rear before the last weakening on the run-in while upfront Monkfish won beating Summerville Boy by 5 1/2 lengths. In the Goffs Thyestes Dunboyne failed to finish being pulled up before the last, Ain't That A Shame won beating Glengouly by 2 1/2 lengths. 

 There are 8 races at Dundalk on Friday night with 2 highlights.

5.00: Dundalk Winter Series Leading Trainer & Jockey Championship Race.

6: Elegant Man: A decent-looking horse who won over course and distance on debut in October. He confirmed that promise when second in a listed race at Kempton 44 days ago, he made headway entering the final furlong taking 2nd close to home. There is more to come and despite going back down in trip he can win again.

6.30: Put The Fun In Fundraising At Dundalk Handicap. 

2: Blue Soul: A lightly-raced horse who was a good third on this course when last seen 37 days ago. She travelled well taking 3rd inside the final furlong and despite keeping on well close to home she couldn't reach the leaders. She goes back up in trip here and with more to offer she can pick up her 1st career win.

25/1/24 Gowran Park

 Wednesday's winner at Fairyhouse was Spread Boss Ted, the 2/5 favourite tracked the leaders going 2nd two out. He challenged soon after leading before the last, he stayed on well beating Glen Kiln by 3 1/2 lengths. In the other race Evies Vladimir was 2nd, the 5/1 shot sat 3rd early disputing the lead 2 out. He challenged at the last but made no impression keeping on at one pace allowing Bushmans Pass to win by 3 3/4 lengths. 

 Seven races take place at Gowran Park on Thursday with two taking centre stage. 

2.15: John Mulhern Galmoy Hurdle (Grade 2)

5: Thedevilscoachman: A smart hurdler who has 8 career wins. He was a creditable 2nd when last seen at Punchestown on New Years Eve tracking the leaders taking 2nd before the last keeping on well without troubling the winner Sir Gerhard who came home by 2 3/4 lengths. He goes back up in trip here and wears cheekpieces for the 1st time just making him the pick in a strong renewal. 

2.50: Goffs Thyestes Handicap Chase (Grade 3)

14: Dunboyne: A course winner in his career who ran well on his return when 4th in the Troytown at Navan back in November. He made good headway after the 12th going 4th before the last. He was 2nd in this race last year only going down by a short head so he should be taken seriously here and he can go one better.

24/1/24 Fairyhouse

 A poor Tuesday at Down Royal saw Ask Anything finish 4th in a race won by Irish Blaze who beat Captains Nephew by 6 1/2 lengths while the other pick Soldante was 5th with the contest going to Western Fold who beat D Art D Art by an easy 15 lengths. 

 Fairyhouse stages 7 races on Wednesday where 2 stand out. 

1.00: Follow Fairyhouse On Social Media Handicap Chase. 

7: Evies Vladimir: A decent looking horse who has one win from two runs this season, that came at Clonmel in November and he was a creditable 2nd at Down Royal when last seen 29 days ago. He was 6th at halfway improving to go 4th at the last, he kept on well taking 2nd in the final 100 yards. There is more to come and he can return to winning ways here. 

1.35: Easter Festival March 30th- April 1st Novice Hurdle. 

2: Spread Boss Ted: Built on his hurdles debut when winning at Navan 38 days ago. He led before the last pulling away on the run-in and coming home by 3 1/2 lengths. Going up in trip here shouldn’t be a problem and he can pick up his 3rd career victory.

23/1/24 Down Royal

 We begin the Irish racing week with 7 contests at Down Royal on Tuesday where there are 2 features. 

1.10: Franciscan Well Rated Novice Hurdle. 

5: Soldante: A useful hurdler who was an excellent 3rd at Cheltenham when last seen 39 days ago. He made headway from 2 out challenging the leaders, he was hampered by a faller at the last which ended hopes of victory and he kept on at the same pace. He can definitely build on that performance here and he gets the nod in what is a competitive contest. 

2.55: Irish Stallion Farms EBF Rated Novice Chase. 

1: Ask Anything: A promising horse who has 2 wins from 4 runs this season his last was a career best on this course a month ago. He travelled well from 3 out and despite a mistake at the last he led on the run-in staying on well to come home by 3/4 of a length. With further progress likely he can follow up here.

21/1/24 Results

 Sunday's winner at Thurles was Allaho, the 8/13 favourite made all the running and was 2 lengths clear at halfway. He asserted himself approaching the last keeping on well on the run-in to comfortably beat Stattler by 13 lengths. In the other Grade 2 Hauturiere was 2nd, she tracked the leaders early sitting 3rd at halfway. The 8/11 favourite went 2nd at the last and despite travelling well she made no impression close to home allowing Harmonya Maker to pull away and win by 1 1/2 lengths. 

 After a busy weekend Irish racing takes a break on Monday, there are meetings at Kempton, Warwick, Plumpton and Newcastle. The next Irish card is at Down Royal on Tuesday tips for the features will be up on Monday night.

21/1/24 Thurles

 It was another excellent day on Saturday with both my picks winning at Navan, in the 12.45 Asian Master sat 2nd early challenging to lead before the last. The 4/6 favourite stayed on well under pressure comfortably beating Better Days Ahead by 10 lengths. In the days big listed race Harvard Guy travelled well taking 3rd entering the straight. The 7/4 favourite made good headway to lead inside the final furlong beating Kilbree Warrior by 3/4 of a length. 

 There are 7 races at Thurles on Sunday with 2 highlights. 

1.05: Carey Glass Irish EBF Mares Novice Chase (Grade 2)

1: Hauturiere: A useful chaser who picked up her career best win in a Grade 2 at Limerick 25 days ago. She led from 2 out going clear before the last keeping on well and very easily beating Sainte Dona by 35 lengths. With further improvement expected she can follow up here.

1.35: Horse & Jockey Hotel Chase (Grade 2)

2: Allaho: A top-class horse who saw his five race winning streak come to an end when 3rd in the King George at Kempton 26 days ago. He led from 2 out but was passed in the final 100 yards losing 2nd close to home. He wasn’t disgraced and going back down in trip makes him the one to beat here.

20/1/24 Navan

An excellent Friday at Dundalk saw both my picks win, in the 4.30 Magellan Strait was 2nd at halfway challenging 2 out. The 30/100 favourite kept on well inside the final furlong leading on the line beating Longclaw by a short head. The later race saw San Andreas make all the running going 2 lengths in front at halfway. The 1/20 favourite drew further clear in the final furlong beating Point Gellibrand by 6 lengths. 

 If a 7.30am inspection is passed then there will be 7 races at Navan on Saturday with 2 main events. 

12.45: Race Displays Rated Novice Hurdle. 

2: Asian Master: Made an excellent start for Willie Mullins when winning at Thurles on hurdles debut 34 days ago. He led from 4 out and despite being challenged he kept on well on the run-in coming home by 3/4 of a length. Improvement is on the cards and this exciting prospect looks like the one to beat here. 

1.55: Navan Handicap Hurdle.

1: Harvard Guy: A promising horse who's 2 wins from 2 runs this season have come over course and distance, his last was in a listed race 5 weeks ago. He travelled well to move into a narrow lead 3 out and despite being passed he was in front again before the last staying on to beat the reopposing Lord Erskine by 2 lengths. With further progress expected he can complete a hat-trick here.

19/1/24 Dundalk

 After two days off Irish racing returns on Friday with 8 contests at Dundalk where 2 stand out. 

4.30: irishinjuredjockeys.com Race.

2: Magellan Strait: A useful horse who picked up his career best win in the Irish Cesarewitch at The Curragh when last seen back in September. He travelled well railling to lead inside the final furlong. He was the 150/1 outsider in a 30 strong field coming home by 1/2 a length. He makes his polytrack debut here and should be too strong for his 3 rivals. 

5.30: Story Of Dundalk Stadium Book Available Online Race.

3: San Andreas: A smart horse who is a 5-time course winner. He was 6th here on his last outing 42 days ago however that can be overlooked and with cheekpieces on for the 1st time this looks like a good opportunity for him to get back to winning ways.

17/1/24 Update

 There should have been some Irish racing at Fairyhouse on Thursday but the track failed an inspection on Wednesday and the meeting was called off. The course is frozen and unfit for racing, the meeting has been rescheduled for Wednesday January 24th. The next Irish card is on the All-weather at Dundalk on Friday tips will be up on Thursday night.

16/1/24 Results

 Tuesday's winner at Dundalk was Gran Caballo, the 11/8 favourite was prominent early leading for a second time 3 out. He was passed soon after but stayed on well to get to the front again in the closing stages beating Impero by 1/2 a length. The other pick Tarsus was 4th with a close race going to Perfect Judgement who beat Mint Man by a neck. 

 After Tuesday's action Irish racing takes a break on Wednesday. If an early morning inspection is passed then there will be a meeting at Southwell along with all-weather races at Kempton and Newcastle. The next Irish card should be at Fairyhouse on Thursday as long as it passes a noon inspection on Wednesday, if it does then tips for the highlights will be tomorrow night.

 A poor Monday at Punchestown saw Mordor finish 12th in a race won by Highwind who beat Pigeon House by 2 3/4 lengths while in the later race Find A Fortune was a non-runner with the contest going to Slanagaibhgoleir who beat Churchroad Prince by a neck.

 Dundalk stages 8 races on Tuesday with 2 features.

He led early but was passed 2 out dropping to 3rd, he railled to regain 2nd inside the final furlong keeping on without troubling the winner. 1: Tarsus: A course winner last month who returned here to finish a good second on his last outing 32 days ago. He was 4th at halfway making headway from a furlong out, he kept on well only going down by 1/2 a length. He should continue his good recent form and pick up his second career win.

15/1/24 Punchestown

 Sunday's winner at Punchestown came in the Grade 2 where Mystical Power was 4th early making headway approaching the straight. The 5/4 favourite led before the last asserting himself on the run-in to easily beat Jigoro by 7 lengths. After his dominate display he was made the 9/2 favourite for the Supreme at Cheltenham. In the days other race Blood Destiny was 2nd, the 2/5 favourite led early having an increased advantage from the 9th. His lead was reduced after the 11th and he was passed in the closing stages by Spillane's Tower who won by 2 lengths. 

 Another week begins on Monday with 7 races on a second day at Punchestown where there are 2 highlights. 

12.55: Betvictor Proud To Support Irish Racing Maiden Hurdle. 

11: Mordor: A good horse who made an encouraging start over hurdles when 3rd at Leopardstown 19 days ago. He travelled well disputing the lead entering the straight, he had no extra in the closing stages keeping on at the same pace. Despite that he definitely has more to come and just gets the vote here.

5: Find A Fortune: A promising horse who finished 4th on hurdles debut at Navan 29 days ago. He wasn't disgraced despite making no impression at the last and he had his stablemate the reopposing Slanagaibhgoleir behind in fifth. He should build on that performance and open his account here.

 On Saturday at Fairyhouse Letsbeclearaboutit was 3rd, the 5/4 favourite was 4th at halfway moving into 3rd two out. He made no impression on the run-in keeping on at one pace while upfront Uncle Phil beat Lucid Dreams by 3 3/4 lengths. The other pick Gold Bullion was 5th in a race won by Intense Raffles who beat Where It All Began by 4 1/2 lengths. 

 There are 7 races at Punchestown on Sunday with 2 taking centre stage. 

1.05: Betting Better With Skybet Novice Chase (Grade 3)

5: Blood Destiny: A decent horse who picked up his career best win on fences debut at Naas 31 days ago. He made all the running and despite a slight mistake 2 out he asserted himself on the run-in to easily come home by 9 lengths. He should build on that here and follow up. 

1.35: Skybet Moscow Flyer Novice Hurdle (Grade 2)

5: Mystical Power: A horse with promise who has 2 wins from 2 runs this season his last coming on hurdles debut at Galway when last seen back in July. He travelled well leading before the last pulling away to win by 7 lengths. Despite being off 167 days he should go well here and complete a hat-trick.

13/1/24 Fairyhouse

 The best on Friday came at Naas where Firefox was 4th, the 15/8 shot was 3rd at halfway travelling well to sit 2nd three out. He wasn’t fluent soon after making no impression at the last while upfront Readin Tommy Wrong beat lle Atlantique by a neck. Over at Dundalk Nerano was a non-runner in a race won by Western City who beat Hoover Dam by a neck.

 Fairyhouse stages 7 races on Saturday with 2 main events. 

1.57: SBK Dan & Joan Moore Memorial Handicap Chase (Grade 3)

3: Letsbeclearaboutit: Has 2 wins from 3 runs this season his last was at Cork in November. He was 3rd behind I Am Maximus when last seen in the Grade 1 Drinmore Novices Chase on this course 6 weeks ago leading until the last keeping on at one pace. He makes his handicap chase debut here and can resume winning ways. 

3.07: Irish Stallion Farms EBF Rated Novice Chase. 

1: Gold Bullion: A promising horse who has one win already this season. He was a respectable 3rd behind the excellent Klassical Dream at Thurles 51 days ago but he doesn't face anything as good here so he can make it third time lucky over fences.

12/1/24 Naas & Dundalk

 An excellent Thursday at Clonmel saw both my picks win, in the opener Money Heist was 3rd at halfway improving to lead 2 out. The 7/4 favourite was challenged soon after but asserted himself before the last keeping on strongly comfortably coming home by 2 lengths. In the later race Quai De Bourbon tracked the leaders early and despite a slight mistake 3 out he led entering the closing stages. He was pressed but kept on well under pressure beating Westport Cove by 1/2 a length. 

There is a double header on Friday which sees 7 races in the rearranged meeting at Naas and 8 at Dundalk with 2 standing out. 

Naas 1.42: Lawlor's Of Naas Novice Hurdle (Grade 1)

4: Firefox: A 3-time bumper winner who stood out on all fronts when successful on hurdles debut at Fairyhouse 6 weeks ago. He led entering the straight staying on well on the run-in to win by 2 1/2 lengths. That performance shows he is worth his place at this higher level and he can achieve a 5-timer here.

Dundalk 5.15: One Of The Only Dual Racetracks In Europe Maiden.

10: Nerano: A decent horse who showed promise on debut when 3rd over course and distance 35 days ago. He tracked the leaders briefly challenging from 2 out, he kept on to take 3rd inside the final furlong. He should improve and build on that here making him the one to beat.

11/1/24 Clonmel

 If a 7.30am inspection is passed on Thursday morning then Irish racing returns with 7 races at Clonmel where there are 2 highlights. 

12.25: Jossestown Handicap Chase. 

1: Money Heist: A promising horse who picked up his career best win at Naas a month ago. He challenged 2 out pressing the leader at the last moving to the front in the final 50 yards, he kept on well coming home by 1 1/4 lengths. There is definitely more to come and he is worth a chance to follow up here. 

1.35: Munster Hurdle. 

2: Quai De Bourbon: Didn't have a great start to his career in France but looked a good prospect when winning on Irish debut at Naas last month. He was 3rd at halfway leading narrowly from 2 out. Despite being strongly pressed approaching the last he asserted himself to win by a comfortable 4 1/2 lengths. Even though he drops down in trip here further progress is expected and he can win again.

7/1/24 News

 Neither of Sunday’s tips ran because the meeting at Naas was abandoned after the 1st race due to thick fog. The meeting had passed two morning inspections finally getting the go-ahead at 11am, however conditions got worse before and during the opening contest giving the stewards no option but to call off the rest of the races. The Grade 1 Lawlor's Of Naas Novice Hurdle will now be part of a six race card scheduled to take place on Friday. 

 After today's abandonment Irish racing takes a 3 day break. There are meetings at Taunton and Newcastle on Monday Exeter, Market Rasen and Southwell on Tuesday with Doncaster, Leicester and Kempton hosting Wednesday's action. The next Irish card is at Clonmel on Thursday tips for the highlights will be up on Wednesday night.

7/1/24 Naas

 The best on Saturday at Cork came from Baldur's Gate who was 2nd, the 2/1 favourite was 5th at halfway making headway to challenge 2 out. He disputed the lead at the last but made no impression close to home allowing R'evelyn Pleasure to win by 1/2 a length. The days other pick Extrapolation was 5th in a race won by Da Capo Glory who beat Rebel Early by a head.

 If a 7.30am inspection is passed then Sunday sees 7 races at Naas with 2 features including the years first grade 1.

1.00: Betvictor Irish EBF Novice Chase. 

2: Mister Policeman: A smart horse who impressed on his first Irish start when winning a hurdle by 2 1/4 lengths at Cork in April. He showed he can be an exciting prospect in this sphere when coming home by 3/4 of a length on chase debut at Fairyhouse in November and with plenty more to come he can take this and complete a hat-trick. 

2.00: Lawlor's Of Naas Novice Hurdle ( Grade 1)

4: Firefox: A 3-time bumper winner who stood out on all fronts when successful on hurdles debut at Fairyhouse 5 weeks ago. He led entering the straight staying on well on the run-in to win by 2 1/2 lengths. That performance shows he is worth his place at this higher level and he can follow up.

6/1/24 Cork

 After 4 days off Irish racing returns on Saturday with 7 races at Cork where there are two main events.

1.57: EASYFIX Handicap Hurdle. 

2: Extrapolation: A progressive horse who has 3 wins from 8 runs this season his last was at Listowel in September. He was a respectable 3rd on his return after 3 months off at Punchestown 6 days ago keeping on well to move into 3rd inside the final furlong. He goes back up in trip here and on form he can achieve his 4th career win.

3.07: EASYFIX Handicap Chase. 

5: Baldur's Gate: Got off the mark at Punchestown in November leading from 2 out and asserting himself to easily come home by 13 lengths. He travelled well to finish a creditable 3rd at Limerick last week losing the lead after the final obstacle dropping to 3rd on the line. He tops the shortlist and can return to winning ways here.

1/1/24 Results

 2024 began with both my picks finishing 2nd, at Tramore Classic Getaway was 7th at the 2nd leading before 2 out. The 2/5 favourite was passed in the closing stages being no match for the winner Jungle Boogie who came home by a length. Over at Fairyhouse Allegorie De Vassy was 4th at halfway going 2nd three out. She made no impression approaching the last allowing Riviere D’etel to pull away and win by a very easy 33 lengths. 

 After Monday's action Irish racing takes a break for the rest of the week. There are meetings at Fakenham, Ayr and Wolverhampton on Tuesday, Kempton on Wednesday, Lingfield, Hereford and Newcastle on Thursday with Southwell, Musselburgh, Ludlow and Wolverhampton staging Friday's races. The next Irish card is at Cork on Saturday tips for the highlights will be up on Friday night.
